About the Authors:


The UK commentary is co-authored by Julian Cooke, Timothy Young QC, both at 20 Essex Street Chambers and Andrew Taylor, a partner at law firm Richards Butler.
The US commentary has been written by John D Kimball, LeRoy Lambert, both Partners at Blank Rome in New York and David Martowski former Chairman of Thomas Miller (Americas), a past President of the Society of Maritime Arbitrators Inc., and is now a full time arbitrator and mediator.
