William Hedley is a consultant to Swepstone Walsh and has substantial experience in dealing with bills of exchange and bankers' documentary credits on a daily basis. He has previously lectured on the subject for the Chartered Institute of Bankers. Richard Hedley is a barrister based at Rope Walk Chambers in Nottingham, who has practised extensively in banking litigation and has contributed to major legal textbooks in the field.
